Select the folder labeled UpdateXXX.zip (where XX will be the update number, e.g. 112).  Click on the left pointing arrow in the right panel to initiate the ftp transfer.  Close the ftp program when the download is complete.  Use Explore to navigate to the SmallMfg folder.  Open the folder and right-click on the UpdateXXX.zip folder.  Select Extract…  In the dialog box that opens change the destination folder to the SmallMfg folder (e.g. C:\SmallMfg).  Then click the Extract button.  If the program asks whether to replace all files with the new files you can either select yes or you can choose to view each filename individually and replace only the updated files.  Close the ftp program when the file transfer is complete.  When you start Smallmfg you will get a message similar to this:  “This company’s data structure requires updating.  A copy of the company data will replace the contents of the following folder: C:\SmallMfg\company-000-Backup-DbUpdate.  PROCEED?  (If you choose No you will not be able to use this company with this executable.)”  If you have multiple companies, the message will popup when you switch to a company that has not been updated
